I have a 2008 Magnum and I have changed the fuses for the cigarette lighter as well as the power outlets and when I plug my phone charger in to any of the outlets it says it's charging but it's not my phone doesn't get any extra charge at all. Any ideas as to Why this is happening and or how to fix it?

There is a difference between power outlets, and cigarette lighter outlets.
Power outlets are shorter internally.
I found this when I was trying to use a cigarette lighter in a power outlet; push in the lighter, and it would pop the fuse.
When I took out the power outlet I was able to compare the two side by side.
What does this have to do with charging the phone? You have to find out if your car adapter is meant to be used with a cigarette lighter, or a power outlet.
Try the charger in a different car and see if it works there.
If it does, find out if it is lighter or outlet.
