Default Timing Chain

I just replaced the timing chain on my 2006 2.7 magnum now it turns over slow won't start and seems like there is no spark. I have tried some starting fluid and still nothing. Any ideas? Thanks!

Was the engine running before replacing the timing chain?

Yes it was running, however there was a loud tapping starting to come from front of left side cover, which prompted me to replace everything. car has 140000 miles.

I would recheck all the timing marks, and if you don't have a spark. I would use a scanner and see if you are getting a crank or camshaft sensor codes.
