Default RT overheating

2005 Magnum RT, 165000 miles. Anti freeze is boiling out of recovery tank. Temp gauge is correct, new thermostat (190 degree), heat works, a/c works.

When upper and lower hose is squeezed at high temp it feels like there is no pressure. No leaks from hoses or water pump.

Does anyone think it is worth replacing parts or just assume it is the head gasket. But if it is the head gasket, why is the temp gauge only registering 190 degrees?
