Default moddin on a budget

My wife and I had some fun last weekend doing some poorboy mods. Thought I'd share em with you guys. Just ways to do some things to your ride on a sunday that don't have to break the bank:

Excellant as always! I seen awhile back, diamond plate vinyl. I was thinking of covering the sub system out back with it. But being so big, it woul dbe too much. Maybe some seat inserts hahah.

inserts would look cool, man.
jamie, here is a video tour of my ride, complete with the system:
http://grinnerhester.com/GrinsCar.html
I went with a T1 sub powered by a thousand watts. I have gone through three of em in a year. I have always had good luck with Kicker. I will probably end up goin with two kicker 10s in the cubbies. I have a thousand watts of kenwood power going to the mids n highs which are all boston pros and I love that combo. Perfect sound quality for me. I listen to a lot of rock and metal. I probably aint hittin much more than 130db (I havn't measured SPL) but I do like how it sounds. I wouldn't go with a T1 sub if I had it to again. Blowing 3 in a year just isn't a good track record. I have never blown a Kicker and I have owned many different combos over the years.

Here is the link that I found. It was on a PimpMR show, thats where I saw it. $24 a yard(54" wide) out of stock ;(
But I swear I saw it at a local fabric shop when I was looking at vinyl to cover the sub box.

Diamond Plate Vinyl

They even got it in black, yall can have matching seats ahah.

They even have regular headliner for $35 for 5 yards. Heck, I might be taking the headliner to dark charcoal!! this spring.

All kinds of neat stuff, faux alligator for $30 a yard (54" wide)

Tweed on sale for $15 a yard from $20.
