Default All lights work, no turn signals dont't

My daughters 2003 Dodge Neon has a wierd issue. All the lights work when flashers are on, but her turn signals don't. Brake lights and Head Lights are fine, it is just the turn signals. So the bulbs are obviously good, they just don't flash when she signals. they dont even light up unless the flashers are on.

Thanks for your help.

The bulbs come on but do not flash? Check the flasher, should be on the steering column.

Swap it out and see if that fixes the problem.

from what i gather the 03 neon doesnt have seperate flasher units to swap

the signal and hazard flasher are combined and they are located on the MFS (Multi Function Switch) or commonly known as "turn stalk"

use the tree here to diagnose
