Default 03 neon vibration

Have a neon in the shop that has had all engine mounts(torques struts) changed. Vibration at idle gets worse around 1400rpm. Can definitely feel as you drive. Loosened top strut and bottom strut and made alignment correct. Still have vibration. Do you think I need to loose 4bolt plate mounted on rail where long bolt goes through the rail and make adjustment there. All Data says the bolts should have been marked before removal. Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm I have done this a few times and never had this result. Why were the mounts changed. was the problem there before? Did you use stiffer mounts? Shift it between Neutral and drive, then neutral and reverse and check for abnormal engine movement. Are you sure the vibration isn't from the motor and now that you have new mounts you can feel it in the car?
