Hi, I own a 2004 Dodge Neon SXT 2.0, I've been having problems with my turning signals. The issue is that when I go to make any turn my signals will work for a few seconds and they turn off, I have to bang on the steering wheel to get them to start back up. I changed out the turning signal components and the same thing happens. So I am not sure what is going on. Now my horn is also acting up, it honks when it feels like it, I've checked the fuses and the actual horn it self and nothing seems to be wrong. So if any one can give me an idea I would really aprreciate it.
