My brother in laws dodge neon rt does not go high than 4000 rpms when he is trying to smash/speed up/race. But you can hear the car trying to speed up but it wont. Can some one help????
Catalytic converter is clogged. Needs a tune up. Brakes dragging. Intake is plugged. Rev limiter is kicking in. Transmission is shot. Could be anything.
