I have a 2004 neon srt4 that I purchased about a year ago and I bought it with missing turbo system. So finally I installed an aftermarket turbo with an external wastegate. I still have to do intercooler piping but I see three vacuum fed sensors or solenoids that two of them are plugged off and one being used which one of the vacuum line is connected to a sensor by headlight. I have one line from booster pump disconnecte, throttle body missing a line and manifold. I cranked the motor up and it idles but when you rev it up it gets stuck at around 2k rpms and does not want to come back down which im assuming bc vac lines are not connected properly. Thanks
