Ok gloating time boys, if you read through this notice that almost every single guy who has a hemi half ton now says their next truck will be a 2500 or 3500 CTD. Sounds like some are starting to wake up and smell the soot. Also you can ignor the guy who says he would prefer a powerjoke 6.0sh#t soft stroke w/e u wanna call it instead of a cummins.

They are just jealous of our beloved Dodges on the road.
They can prefer another brand but would be humbled when we tow their brokendown wreck into the shop to repair it or whatever it is they do to them.[sm=chairshot.gif]

Infact I was in Utah recently and the truck I saw the most was a Dodge.

I notice that too. I notice too that the most trucks i see that are old but still look really good are dodge and some of the older f150's. I just thought it was awesome since so many of em were saying they would get the diesel.

Honestly, I wouldn't buy a Dodge (gasp) if it weren't for the CTD, save for the charger, viper, and challenger (if they make it).

I live in Utah and it was not always like that, used to see more ford's than Dodge or chevy. I live in a small country town about 60miles east of SLC. I would say now days it is probably5 Dodge to every ford or chevy now. The 5 to 1 is a conservative, someday's when I am pulling through town I do not see a single for or chev... Just Dodge's and most of those are CTD pf course.

Disclaimer.... Yes i live in Utah, No I am NOT a mormon.

Oh yeah, I am one of those former "Hemi" guys. I can honestly say that it was a good truck, and it was not to bad in the power dept. I was planning on getting a CTD in about 2more years but the sale they just had a few weeks ago in SLC made my mind up for me. That being said, I will never go back to a gasser again.

I still kinda dig that Crossfire.
I could get into some serious trouble behind the wheel of that thing.

the easiest thing to do would be a repower project. toss a nicely tuned 12valve under the hood of a 1500 and it's time to boil the tires
