Default Plug In??????

confused! was looking and testing fluids around the engine today, and noticed a plug in that looks like you would plug it into a regular outlet from your house!! what is this bad boy for?

You have a rare hybrid diesel. Need to charge the batteries.I think it is a block heater of some sort.

yeah i figured out what it was....i got a diesel that a charge at night and get around 50 mpg allll day long!!!!

Sweet, I have that block heater also. amazinly enough I have not had to use it yet. Good Ol' Arizona Heat. I think my seat warmers and heated mirrors are a wasted feature as well.

haha yeah i have seen the forcast temps on the weather channel out there! DANG! haha my cousins live in YUMA and it seems hot all the time!

It's funny how we can be so close, yet so far away. In Canada, you learn really quick about the block heater and where the plug is for it - the same as in many of the northern states. You'd have problems convincing me about global warning come mid-january
