yea, tha amsoil filter is reusable, and is going to be what I'll use on my next filter change sicne my BHAF(NAPA 2790) is getting rather gunky looking

Drew,
If you are replacing your BHAF with one of these Amsoils', which one of them is the closest match?

the 4090 is the closest match for the BHAF in terms of size, the 4510 just has enormous surface area since it is oval, but has a 4.5" flange where as the 4090 is 4". but you could alwasy go with a 6065 and get 6" flange

Yeah, if it drops into the stock box and works good I would become interested! PM me with details and comparrisons to mopar and napa/wix if you have a moment. Might be able to save shipping costs if it pans out, huh?

OK, Drew... so how did you adapt from the 4.5" to 4"? I'm really interested in this as a replacement for my Napa 2790.

Nothing like reviving an old thread, eh? Can anyone answer this?
