top of the blades goes towards the driver's side. If you got a wrench that goes on the hub, leave the belt on. Take a hammer and hit the end of the wrench (redneck impact). Try that a few times. If the belt tension isnt enough to hold it then there is another way if you are replacing the hub. Dont do this if you are not replaceing the hub as it marrs the nut on the hub. Take a cold chisel and a hammer (or an airhammer and a chisel) and strike the edge of the nut (like you are trying to spin it off). After a few times if it doesnt break free, try hitting the wrench again.
