Default Heeeeelllppppp!!!!!!

OK so earlier today i posted charging issue.... welll.... I cleaned and replaced every battery cable i could.... the alt started working again.... for about 10 min of driving then i turned it off parked it at the store.... started it back up and it was not charging once again.... now i got the truck home put it on my flash pak tuner and got 16 dtc....


P0405) exhaust gas RE-CIRC sens Low

P0603) Internal Control Module (CAM) error

P0487) EGR Throttle POS CTRL CIRC

P245C) EGR Cooler Bypass CNTRL CIRC LOW

P2609) Intake air hearter system performance

P000F) Fuel System over pressure Relief valve Activated

P1012) MPA CIRC LOW

P113C) O2 Sens power supply Perfomance

C2100)Bat Voltage LOW

C2202) Original VIN Mismatch /MISSING

C2206) Vehicle Config Mismatch

U0141) LOST COMM With BODY CTRL MOD A

U0100) LOST COMM With ECM/PCM A

P127E) Fuel Pump CTRL CIRC 2 OPEN (TIPM)

B2100) Ignition Run/Start INPUT CIRC PERFORMANCE

B165E) Park lamp CIRC CTRL OPEN


I have the EFI tuner on the way for the dpf delete codes and the egr but the others I HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT!!!!!

I need to reflash the comp to the stock settings from the flashpak to the EFI tuner but is it safe to do so ? I am at a total loss here?>


I did the EGR delete from Sinister diesel and all these problems arrised I cleaned the corrosion of the terminals the same day the altinater passed the load test and so did the batteries.... im at a loss

I would start looking at your grounding circuit. Check the connections to the body, engine, and frame to see if something is loose.
That is a lot of codes to pop up at one time.

DID U EVER FIGURE THIS PROBLEM OUT? I HAVE THE SAME ORDEAL BUT GAS ENGINE SAME CODES AFTER REPLACING MY PLUGS WILL NOT PASS EMMISIONINS c2202

I know this thread is old. However load testing a battery may or may not tell you battery is good or bad. Example. My truck 2012 ram 6.7. Truck dead after sitting 2 days. Both batteries load tested good. Went up North. 30deg that night, next day dead. My point is OEM batteries that are over 4 yrs old are on borrowed time. Sounds like new batteries could solve this issue.
