Default A/C only works on one side???

I have a 2004 Dodge 2500 Diesel, 5.9, 4x4, 6 speed manual with 114k miles on it.
When I turn on the A/C it only blows cold air out on the driver's side? The passenger side just blows warm air. - I suspect this is not a problem with my A/C system itself but with the vents / duct work?
Anyone have this happen to them or see it - how do I fix this?

I have an o6 and noticed the exact same problem. drivers side is ice cold but pass side blows room temp air. Does any one know if this is normal.

I'm currently working through the same problem right now myself. I found a guy Chris at www.heatertreater.net who makes metal replacement doors for the Dodge a/c system and has a video showing how to do the repairs. Your problem sounds like the "blend" door not the "recerc" door. The website does a really good job of describing the problem and the solutions.

So it sounds like I need to go have my A/C system checked first for proper pressure levels or "tuned" as a precaution before moving on to trouble shoot the blend door as the root problem.
Great explanation by the heater treater guys on how Dodge is different in the way their A/C circulates right to left verses up & down like other manufacturers - if the A/C system isn't dead on you will lose cooling ability on the passenger side. It also helped answer why I have heat on both sides but not A/C because of the HVAC design & door placement. Seems Dodge runs the same box in both dual & single climate designs - mine happens to be a single climate.
I tore my glove box out a few nights ago and noticed certain actuators moving but can't remember which doors they go to - just wasnt as educated on all the components as now. I have a hunch its the A/C system not being balanced instead of a door not working.
I'll get my A/C checked and let you guys know the outcome.

Still waiting on getting my vehicle in to get the A/C serviced first. Just havent had the time...was 107 here today with 116 heat index - I've spent many a deployments in the hot dry desert but this 100% humidity that comes with the heat out here on the east coast is bull$$$hit.
Maybe by early next week I'll have some more input.

I'm guessing it's one of the mixing doors under the dash.

my bet is a stuck actuator door.
the passenger blend door is probably stuck.
try operating through all modes (floor, defrost, panel, etc) and feel for air movement on the passenger side and feel if it moves with what your controling it to do.
