Ball joint problems.
I have a friend who owns a 2000' Dodge Ram 2500 SLT, Cummins Diesel. He says he's had to replace the ball joints at least once a month. Are ball joints a common porblem amoung any of you guys who own Dodge Rams? is it very costly for ball joints to be replaced?

RE: Ball joint problems.
every month, somthin else was wrong. With my big tires ive had to replace my hub bearings but with the auto lock hubs you gotta replace the whole thing and all 4 balljoints. Total job was 836. But i got connections and some beer so you save some coin you know.
I don't pimp, I just get lucky.
99' Short bed single cab Laramie. 8 inch lift with 37x13.50x17, dual exhaust, intake. Brilliant purple color almost black, and always manual, i dont drive them salley girl trucks.
The boots on mine wore out finally and I got mine replaced with Moog. Hopefully I don't have to worry about it for a while since its expensive to fix. They shouldn't be wearing out every month on your friend's ride though.
