Justin i was thinking about the 475hp one and going with the HD hyd setup as well what do you think?? i have it cranked right now with a #8 plate wide open ,cold air intake setup as well as straight 4inch wide open..the only other thing i might do to this motor is add maybe a new 58mm turbo from BD and some 60hp injectors ...This motor has 400,000km on it and i really don't want to kill it or blow a headgasket if i can help it .as i am set right now i am going to have to turn it down some i think to pull my 5th wheel 28ft without a load pulling a hill i am hitting 800 EGT's with it on the exaust side mounted probe..any suggestion will be well received thanks ...

with that setup, you should well under the 475 mark, i always suggest installing the clutch then seeing if the peddal feel is tolerable for you, if its too stiff, get the hydros, and one piece of advice tho, move that pyro to the manifold, post turbo readings can be way off, i've seen a total engine failure with a reading of 900* post turbo....

A couple of years ago i broke my left ankle bad ..metal and all is still in so i will for sure get the new system i don't think my leg can take it without...Guess i will be installing a second pyro do you think drilling with the engine running is fool proof way to make sure no metal gets to the turbo or maybe i should just buy a BD exaust manifold i think they come with it all set up for the thermal coupler? or how do you install yours as far as the drilling and tapping goes?
