Default 1999 Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel - Electrical Issues - Lights

Hi, the issue we are having is with the driver side. The turn signal goes super fast. Checked & replaced all bulbs that they are all brand new. Still blinks fast...

Then the kicker is the front running light on driver side won't work with it just on. But blinks when the turn signal is on. Everything else on that side the bulbs work fine...

Any advice would be appreciated.

Ps, have checked ground wires and made sure were clean or cleaned them. Still does not work or fix the problem.

I believe that has a double element bulb? Sounds like you only getting power to one side. Possible bad wire or socket.
