I have just recently noticed my coolant is a pink, cloudy filmy color. I have a 1993 12 valve Cummins 5.9 Turbo diesel STANDARD 5 speed.

The oil dipstick is clean as is the oil. No milky, pink anywhere. I have had no overheating problems.

Did recently tow a small camp trailer we purchased about 200 miles, but it is small, (13 feet) and light (single axle), so don't think I had any overheating problems.

No leaking underneath, and coolant is not leaking anywhere.

Any thoughts?
Thanks for your input.

Someone probably jus put the wrong coolant in it. The coolant being pink in color is supposed to be OAT Antifreeze (Organic additive technology) and usually belongs in newer mopar vehicles (2004 and newer). If you do change it back to the normal stuff, just be sure to flush all of the old stuff out. Other than that, the newer antifreeze should not hurt anything if you keep running it.
