Default Overhead console

Is there any way to reset the overhead console miles to empty reading after adding a larger replacement fuel tank on the Dodge Ram. (2004 Cummins Turbo Diesel 3500 long bed).

No the only thing to do is get an obd 2 plug in scan gauge or ultragauge. That will monitor your parameters and will give you a much more accurate reading of mpg, and dte. Im running a ultraguage in my 02 and it seems to be fairly close. I can also monitor and bunch of different things.
