Unhappy Who knows dodge A/C?

I just recently had a new evaporator installed in my 06 3500 mega cab.
As you can guess it was expensive. It now leaks on the passenger side floor, the drain does not seem to work, meaning dropping water on the ground when the ac is on. Who knows what the inside of that area looks like that can tell me how the drain could have been covered up or clogged while the dash was out replacing the evaporator? I am trying to get an idea of what happened.
Do you think it can be repaired without having to take the dash out again?
Anybody that has any experience in that area is welcomed.

I had the recirculating doors replaced because they were broken, they supposedly have a more robust configuration, but even after all that the ac does not blow that much better. Maybe just a poor design.

This is very frustrating....

Why not take it back to the shop that did it?

Yes, I plan to take it back, but I am trying it find out what could have caused it? How could this have happened? Is the design easy to mess up when trying to reinstall. Just trying to understand it better. I hate the fact the dash might have to come out, so much can go wrong. Loose or rattles or breaking something else.
