Default P0973 p2769 codes, in limp mode-help!!

Good Morning !!
I have a 2004 dodge 2500 with a cummins. Having a rough time getting to the bottom of my electrical issues!
I notice this problem when truck goes into limp mode and set the two codes for low/ lose voltage or ground.. P0973 ..I have installed two new battery's and checked and cleaned all contacts and connections .. i checked the transmission control relay circuit and checked connections and wires.. The three bigger connections in the top of trans two had fuel in connections and I found melted wires in the harness that leads towards trans... I checked the fuse box , Ecu pins , connectors .. Some times the speedo cuts in and out .. Some times the code will clear other times not .. Any help or suggestions would be great thanks

Both are trans codes 0973 shift solenoid the other is a torque converter code. You could try charging the shift solenoids. I am not sure if that will solve the torque converter issue as well. Hopefully someone with more trans knowledge will jump in.
