Question All Mine

2005 Ram 2500 5.9 Cummins. Last few days on first start up engine sounds like its skipping and smokes slightly. If I put in neutral and try to clear it out won't run above 2000 rpm's but I'll put it back in drive and it will have all kind of power and will clear itself out. Even after it's warmed up from running it will still on occasion do the same thing. Not sure where to start looking. I did add some Lucas injector cleaner but once it clears up it doesn't lack for power or act like there's any problem.

Would be helpful if your title matched your problem.
