Default 2006 5.9 no fuel

I'm in N MN. Truck sat outside all winter. Started fine. Let it run 5 minutes. Moved it across yard and parked it overnight rear end up just a bit. Started next day and it ran for a minute. Long enough to notice the seat heater light was blinking. Then it quit. Very low on fuel but it quit like I turned off the key. Added fuel. Wouldn't start. Cranked a long time. Changed fuel filter. With top of filter canister off I turned key on and the canister filled with fuel. Buttoned it back up. No start. Cracked various injector lines. No fuel. I've had cummins's for decades. I've had them run out of fuel. They always eventually start. This one isn't. I'm beginning to think it wasn't an empty fuel tank that caused it to quit however it was pretty empty.

What is the proper method to purge the system of air? If I've done that what's next? I haven't cracked any lines on either side of the Bosch pump except injectors at the head.

Thanks

Just be aware that the CP3 can produce up to about 30,000 psi at full tilt, and quite a bit more than a P/VE/VP at idle.

I don't recall ever having to crack injector lines on my common rail truck. Heck, I don't have to on my 12 valve.

No need to crack lines. As stated bad things can happen. The older 5.9 had a prime button on the fuel filter housing. If not should be a self priming system. Couple key cycles should fore and possibly stall a few times.
