egr/dpf delete with smarty jr


i got an engine code P00af Turbocharger Boost Control Module Performance

ive done lots of research, gotten many conclusions

just today i took the actuator off the turbo but left plugged in, deleted the engine code and stayed off but never saw the little half moon actuator gear move when truck was on, i out the actuator back on and went for a short cruise and turned on exhaust brake and i couldnt hear the whistle of it being on or the whistle when it boosts


so what do yall think??
