Default 2015 ram 2500 laramie 4wd diesel crew fob issue

OK,
I have this 2015 POS Ram.
It's all pretty, ruby red chrome, loaded.
35000 miles.
Mods, fab 4 bumpers because the cheap factory ones bothered me.
2.5" leveling kit.
And 35's on the 20s.
Bought this brand new with 20 miles on her.
This past spring sent it in for the computer reprogram recall, actually I think it was the u connect reprogram.
Anyway, since then it seemed the remote start stopped working.
Not too much of an issue since we never had a vehicle with remote start and prefer to start the vehicle conventially.
Over the summer started having issues with the doors not opening, they are supposed to unlock when touching the door.
But hitting the unlock button worked, so no worries. Lol.
Wife drives it primarily using her fob and mine rarely gets used and sits in the house in a drawer.
I have a dually ford, a van and a cadillac to please me.
Recently her fob started not opening doors and also having not detected issues.
So she took mine as backup, still no remote start with either fob.
Took it to the dealer and of course they never herd of this issue.
Oh,yeah. The batteries are new, we thought the same.
Their scanner couldn't detect either fob.
They believe that both fobs are defective and have ordered 2 new ones.
Guess we'll see...
I feel the reprogram has something to do with it myself.

Hi Charles,

I'm sorry you're experiencing this inconvenience with both fobs. Please keep me posted on how everything works out with the new ones.
