Default 99 24 valve VP44 issue

I just replaced my VP44 on my 99 2500 24 valve replaced it now has a miss after it warms up no leaks and never has had a miss before. It has good fuel pressure but I did get a code for throttle body sensor?? What else can I check for?

Why was the pump replaced? If it made metal could have a plugged injector.

It was replaced because the old one went out, we bought a used one that was re manufactured and now once the truck warms up it has a miss. It doesn't do it until the truck is warm. We have 10-12 psi at the injection pump at all times even while it is missing.

Do you have an aftermarket lift pump? Did you change fuel filter?

Yes a raptor and yes changed the filter, blew out the lines, it was giving us a 1693 companion code, and the throttle position sensor

I am thinking you may have an injector issue
