Default MC's money pit

I have a 2009 6.7 turbo diesel. Got rid of exhaust system, due to dpf issues. Still getting trouble codes that dpf is full! All this started after changing fuel filter. Planning to replace fuel pressure sensor, and fuel pressure regulator. Any thoughts on if this will help?

What tuner do you have? Fuel pressure regulator and sensor should not have an affect on that system.

Did you install a tuner to turn the dpf system off?
