Default 2001 5.9 diesel throttle problems? HELP

had my 2500 oil sending unit replaced because of my oil gauge going crazy (witch found out it is a common problem from looking around on internet) but now after I have had that installed it is not driving right. explanation: When you hit the gas there is no throttle response until about 1750 rpm then the truck has all it power back. The fuel pump was replaced a while ago, when I had the sensor replaced I had the oil + fuel filter changed. ANY body any ideas? I also disconnected the battery terminals to clear computer.

if you had this done at the dealership I would take it back and have then check it out.

it might be the MAP sensor that is sending incorrect voltages.
