Welcome aboard fellow oil burner! Wix fuel filters are all that I have used.

thanks thats all i could find at the local semi truck repair and parts place..they had wix for the 5.9 cummins so i got one. i just rolled 6k on the 2006 mega cab and wanted to change it.. i have never done it before but i got it to crank afterwards and it run 5 mins and no problems so it should be ok..just trying to get the oil smell off ..guess rubber gloves will be used next time

I would venture to guess that apart from the OEM part, the Wix is the second most popular. They are inexpensive at genosgarage.com, and fleetfilter.com. Check them out
