The clunking could be worn strut bushings. You could squirt brake fluid on them where they pinch the frame. If it goes away (temporarily) change them.

Check to see nothing (bushings) is worn on the control arms and ball joints, and of course, grease everything.

Lean is caused by sagging springs, usually.

Have someone jump on the bumper while you observe from below. Noises can come from many places on an old truck.

Check your brake pads to see that they are not "rattling" in the caliper. The fixed one should be a tight press fit, bend its ears if not.

Many years back on a B100 I had, it sounded like someone beating broom handles together everytime I went over railway tracks. Took a while to find, but it was the strut bushings worn. The struts were banging on the frame inside the bushings. They looked normal from outside.

If you plan on keeping it a while, the best thing you can get is a CHRYSLER shop manual........lots of good reading. Don't cheat yourself (Haynes, etc) spend the money.

Either the bushings on the upper A-frame or the bolts that mount the A-frame to the sub frame are loose. The A-frame has slots so that the camber (tire lean in/out) can be adjusted. I would have those bolts checked as quickly as possible.
