hi i have problems van ram 250
i have trouble with spedometer of van ram 1991 the needle speeds is good but dont move the meter . anticipate thanks

If you are saying the odometer doesn't move, I had the same problem on my 90 B250. I bought a speedo cluster off ebay for 39 bucks, installed it & odometer started working. It's usually in the cluster, but someone may have another suggestion.

Yes you can replace the cluster. But if you would rather not, the problem is a small plastic gear inside the speedometer assembly that strips.

Go down to: FORD, DODGE and CHRYSLER
20 TOOTH ODOMETER GEAR #10-016 $28.00
That is the gear you need to replace in order to get the odometer working again.
