Are we to assume that it was blowing hot and now it only blows warm, or do you mean that you can't get cold air to blow out of the vents?

Is your gauge showing that the engine is coming up to full temperature? If not replace the thermostat. If the engine is coming up to temperature, then either your heater core needs a flushing, your coolant is low, or the blend door isn't moving.

For the blend door, remove the glove box and the blend door motor is right there. Start the van, turn the heat on, then turn the temperature dial up and down. Watch for the motor to move and the linkage rod running to the blend door to move.

Thank you for your help, engine is coming up to temperature, coolant level is good, heater core dont know if needs flushing i m gona have to look that up to see where is? I m gona assume that it is a blend door since when i move from cold to hot there is not that much difference in air tempature and again thank you very much for your help

The heater core is under the hood on the passenger side, in that big black box. If you look back on the firewall you'll see the two heater hoses going to it. To flush the core you would have to disconnect those two hose from the core, then blast water through the tubes the hoses came off of. At least once in each direction.
