It appears that replacing the PCM on our church van has resolved the random shutdowns. The van still idles a little too slow, in my opinion. I might need to clean the IAC motor to help with idle speed/roughness.

In addition to the new plugs, new distributor, and new rotor, I'm thinking of cleaning the injectors.

I could add a bottle of cleaner (O'Reilly's recommended Sea Foam) to the tank. Short of removing injectors, is adding a can of cleaner to a tank of fuel the best approach?

I thought I read once that some vehicles have a port near the engine where you can inject cleaner to clean the fuel injectors much more thoroughly. Any truth to that for a mid-90's B350 with a 5.9 L engine?
