Default Water control valve/acuator

Apologies for the threads here guys, need an outlet I guess. I thought since I'll likely be changing the thermostat again that I'd go ahead and make ready to flush the heater core just incase there's crud in there. To be honest never back flushed it, I did flush the system altogether not too long ago though.
Disconnected the water control valve (inline from the heater core inlet to next to the thermostat housing) and the male end crumbled! The other end of it slid out of the hose ok and i took my thumb and index finger and barely put pressure on it and it also broke off! Well dang it, it was working but a disaster waiting to happen. Looks like Monday i'll have to visit the dealer to find order of these too.

This when having a 3-D printer would be very handy.

You misunderstood. With a 3-D printer you could've made that part yourself.

Lol! If I were as lucky winning at the casino as I am at breaking things I'd be a wealthy man!

dealer wanted $58+ for that little part, stopped by napa and they don't list it but she was determined and with a little perseverance the lady was able to find the equivalent part for $20 + change... HV1022C for anyone who may have need to know
