Default 83 B250 Van air cleaner hose

Hey everyone. I was wondering if anyone has a pict of the hose that runs from the air cleaner snorkel on a 318 to the front of the van. When I bought my van, the hose was gone and the plastic parts the hose connected to on the snorkel and front of van were just in the back of the van. I had no idea what they were for until today. So far, no luck finding the replacement hose... looks like it is 3 5/16th inches in diameter

Anyone have a source or a pict of this hose? The remains I have found look like its some kind of fiber type.

Any help would be great! I am slowing fixing all the stuff that is wrong with her and she will be back on the road again soon

Default Not that hose.. this one

This is the hose I am talking about (if it uploads correctly). It hooks to the air cleaner snorkel and attaches to a scoop to the front of the van by the grill. I guess it would be like a cold air intake?? Does anyone supply this hose? The ones I have found are no where near the size it is (the opening is 3 5/16th inches on the scoop side).

Any ideas where I could find one or what has anyone used to make their own? Figured this would be important to have.

thanks!

I've seen people make them using 4" flexible metallic dryer duct from Home Depot.

Ah that seems like it would work!!! I just wanted to make sure it wasn't some kind of special hose or something. But I can do the dryer duct and some clamps. I appreciate it alloro!!!
