1988 b250 power steering belt

1988 b250 power steering belt
Hi all, how exactly do I get the power steering belt off.. I see 2 bolts on the pump.. the one on bottom appears to go all the way through with nut on back side ..the top not sure..is the top bolt an adjuster? Trying to get the steering belt off because I need to put a new alternator belt on, and it goes behind the steering one

Never mind,, I figured it out 
By the way if any are experiencing a lot of squealing from the steering.it may not be the pump or that belt.. could be the alternator.. My alternator was going bad and finally froze up.. Upon replacing it..no more squeal in the steering .. imagine that
