Cool overdrive - transmission

I have a 2004 ram 1500 2 wheel drive 4.7L The transmission has started shifting in and out of overdrive at cruising speed. It shifts into and out of all gears smoothly and same as always without any slipping but when I get to cruising speed it is constently shifting in and out of overdrive. It does this going up a hill, down a hill, and on straight away. It happens at 55mph, at 65mph, any speed. It has about 50,000 since last fluid change (83,000 miles total). The level is just at the add line. Is the fluid level that sensitive or do I have a deeper problem?
