Default Leaky assist handle on '03

Just yesterday after a pretty good rain I noticed a drip out of the corner of my eye. When I looked over I noticed that water was dripping out of the passenger side assist handle coming from the top plug. I pulled the plug out and looked up there but really can't see all that much. Where would this stuff be coming from anyway? I'm assuming the window seal somewhere...but where? I could go ahead and take it to the dealer but if I can fix it myself in 5 minutes I'd rather do that instead.
