Default RE: 2005 rams?

Saw a pic in a recent issue of 4Wheeler (May 04, p 22) that had a new body style for the 2005 Dakota. Kind of a cross between the Durango front end and the Ram backend. It also states its 2.7 inches wider and 3.7 inches longer. No more standard cab either. Also has a HO 4.7 V8 that is more powerful (it says) than the Ram 4.7..... but no HEMI option.

I also don't care for the new dakota body , If i were to get a dakota , it would be the other body style, but the new ram styling is awesome , dont cha think??

I just saw a white 05' Ram last night on North Bound I-75.
Only reason I could tell was there was no "Dodge" emblem on the tailgate,
just a ram head badge centerd under the tailgait handle. Plus when pulled
along side of him I gestured with my hand "0" "5" and he nodded.

the ram heads r they mounted in like an indentation like the ford or do they stick out cause if they r inwards debadging is basically nonoptional unless you fill it with like bondo but then ud have to repaint it

No, they are not indented into the metal.
