capacitors can be replaced if they are leaking, you can send the computer to ecmtogo.com if they are leaking.

If your Stealth is a 93 model, it uses the OBD1 coding system. 96 models used OBD2. ODB1 scanners are still available, and you may even be able to borrow one from your local auto parts store, or they might check it for you.
