Question new to dodge forum, whats up!

Hi im albert, i was browsing around the internet and found this site. So i bought a dodge stealth rt tt on 9/25 drove it for a week and loved it it was my first turbo'd (twin turbo'd ) all wheel drive car, i was on the highwayand was trying to impress a couple of girls in a vw jetta and i down shifted to pass them, i noticed a pretty big power lag, anyways i got off on the next exit and when i slowed to a stop my car would stall, it would start up fine but when my rpms would drop below 500 (five hundred) it would stall, also it was making a loud smacking noise. i drove it home and my turbos were doing all of the work, they basicaly read 14 psi the whole way home (about 2.5 miles), i checked the oil and it had quite a bit of gas in it, but NO metal flakes. the dealership had work done on the turbos before they sold it to me, and they are willing to help with the repair costs.

Any Suggetions? Thanks!!
