chirping noise in transmission

Hi all. i have an '02 dodge stratus with 45k miles. today, after driving home from work, i noticed a slight chirping noise coming from under the hood.it sounds like a bird, thats the best way that i can describe it. the noise is only there when the transmission is in gear. i am not quite sure what may be causing this, but any help would be much appreciated. thank you in advance.

have some one be outside under the hood and put it in drive it could be the belts are worn or not tight and when u put a load on it they chirp or yeha it could be something inside the tranny.
