Default Engine Rattle at shift points and idle at 2k rpm

Greetings,
Today while coming up a hill I notices a strange "rattle" sound at the shift points ~3-4k rpm. Then while idling in the driveway if I rev the engine I hear it at about 2k rpm.

I recorded the sound:

Other posts I read sugest that it could be: water pump, engine, catconverter, belts, idler.

Any thoughts?
2003 Stratus Se 4dr auto ac 94k miles.

Ive checked all fluids and they are full and ok looking and smelling.

Thanks

I have been out of town and have finally been able to take the car to a shop. After listening, the mechanic said that he thinks the balancer shaft/gears are bad and if I dont replace them I'm looking at a new motor down the road.

Wouldn't I have some bad vibrations if the balance shafts were bad?
