Shifts to 2nd instead of OD

Have 97 stratus with 2.0. The car is fine with the 1,2 and 3 shifts.But when shifting to OD it drops to 2nd instead.It gives an P0734 codeGear 4 ratio incorrect. Thanks for any help!
