Default 2003 Stratus anti theft system

Hi All,

My Son and a friend of his took and bass speaker and an Amp out of my car and in the process they took the positive wire off my battery. Now my car wont start. I'm assuming it is due to the anti theft system in the car. Is there a way to reset the system? Please Help.
Thanks in advance
Shania

I did try that, and still nothing. When I do that the Key does activate the anti theft system, I can see it light up on the dash.

Do you know anything about the factory installed amp to the stereo system. Someone told me that it gets it's power from the ignition?

Sorry I haven't answered you back, my internet was down. Here's what I know so far:
Anti-Theft system is working.
My car will start with the automatic starter.
I disconnected the kill switch wire from the break so the car will stay running.
I put the key in the ignition and turn it to On and I can drive my car as long as the auto starter stays on.
If I try to start the car just by turning the key I get nothing, no sound, andnothing on the dash lights up.
I checked all the fuses except the ones that go to the ECU unit (immobilizer),I don't know how to get them out to look at them.

Any suggestions ?
Thanks
Shania

Car starts fine now. They must have pulled the ignition harness out.
