i just used a screwdriver and pryed the rubber like decals of. it worked good, just dont push on the screwdriver too much, u put scratches in the paint
Blow dryer, don't concentrate on one spot for to long you'll take the clear coat right off. I used a old drivers license or some kind of card. I heard fishing line works pretty good also. Use WD40 to take any glue off.

Wait for a nice hot day and just take dental floss or fishing line behind the badge and it should come right off. I used Goo Gone after that to take off the left over glue. WD-40 isn't a good idea, it will eat through your wax and I have heard through the clear coat.
yeah goo gone is some nice Stuff Fishing line or dental floss will work... and if you really want the addhesive on it just use a hairdryer to help heat the badge up.
I was recommended wd40 by lots of people,it will not eat through anything if you wash it off right when your done, goo gone ate through the clear when i took my trunk letters off.

Well not to step on Zeropilot's feet, but we debadged his Strat on Saturday... we used Goo Gone and the lil' plastic scraper that came with it cuz we didn't care about saving the letters... it turned out great as far as I can tell it didn't eat through the clear coat...
I debagded mine with a little rubber scraper, kind of like a rubber spatula and then used bug and tar remover (made for paint so wouldn't harm it) to get rid of the adhesive--worked awesome!!
