Well, I'm not trying to be a smart ass... But if not exactly sure, you should probably take it down to a sound shop and let them put it in for you. When I bought my amp I was sure that I could install it myself, however I opted to take it to someone that does it every day and for a living, you know? At least then you know it'll be done in an hour and everything will be nice and tidy.

I just installed a CD player in my winter car yesterday. It's very simple, but many cars are different. first your going to want to pull out the factory one, disconnect the wire harness from the stock head unit that should clip into another wire harness that runs through your dash of the car. Take your new CD deck out of the box and their should be another wire harnes for your new CD deck, all you need to do is splice the new wire harnes to the one that runs though out your car, just match all the colors you have with the stock wire harness. You may need to find a dash mounting kit for your car also, that will support your new head unit and cover up some of the extra space and it'll give you a cleaner look. That's the basic to hooking up your head unit.

Okay, guess I didn't really know. All you would need than is a dash mount kit, and take off the factory wire harness.
