P1243 Problem

Anyone can help me? I have a Stratus 2002 2.4L turbocharger and the code P1243 is on. I verified all the vacuum lines from and to the turbo waste gate and looks ok, but the check engine light still on. Please help!!!!! (I think in the United States you donÂ´t have this kind of engine)

Nope, All i know of is Mexico having this type of motor.

I already read the link http://www.engine-light-help.com/check-engine-light-circuit-testing.html and I didnÂ´t find anithing wrong whith the wires, relays, conectors, harness, etc.
