99 Stratus ES Keyless Remote

I just purchased this Stratus and the previous owner said that he lost the remote for it. So I bought one on Ebay and can't find the instructions on how to program it. I've programmed lots of new remotes on GM cars, but this is the first Dodge i've owned. Thanks
